As a board-certified neuroscience nurse and former hospital service line administrator, she understands the realities of bedside care, physician workflow, and value analysis — and leverages those perspectives to build coding, coverage, and payment strategies that align with how care is actually delivered and reimbursed.
She holds particular specialization in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI/ML-enabled technologies, and implantable cardiovascular and neurovascular medical devices. Her work spans CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and other coding strategies, as well as OPPS, PFS, and ASC payment analysis.
Christine is an operations and organizational leader with 20+ years of experience building the infrastructure that allows high-performing practices to deliver at scale. At Prevara, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm — ensuring every client engagement runs with precision, every process is built for consistency, and every deliverable is executed to the firm's standard.
Her career spans senior operational roles across life sciences, healthcare, and financial services — where she designed workflow systems, managed large-scale operating budgets, and built reporting frameworks across complex, matrixed environments. She brings a sharp, process-driven mindset to organizational design, compliance, and client operations — giving Prevara the operational backbone to deliver with the consistency and rigor of a much larger firm.
